Last December, the federal district court granted a preliminary injunction for the U.S. Texas App Store Accountability Act (ASAA). This injunction was recently stayed by the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Seller Portal has reopened a menu to help you comply with this regulation, such as registering material changes to or exempting your app.

The latest status of the regional application of laws for the protection of minors is as follows:

■ Louisiana ASAA : Scheduled for implementation in July 2026, but has been postponed until next year following the passage of an amendment.

■ Utah ASAA : Scheduled for implementation in May 2026, but has been postponed until next year following the passage of an amendment.

■ Brazil ECA Digital and Global Regulatory Support : Currently under review, and we will continue to provide relevant updates.
