Hello! This is the Galaxy Store Seller Portal team.

Thank you for using Seller Portal and for your continued interest.

Due to the consumer rights protection law (On Protection of Consumer Rights) enacted in 2026, all mobile app content

released in Russia must provide descriptions and screenshots in Russian.

Accordingly, Galaxy Store Seller Portal will implement a policy to comply with this law.

■ When : April 22, 2026

■ What

1. All new or updated apps that designate Russia as a sales country and are submitted after the Seller Portal update

on April 22, 2026, must provide app information (description, screenshots, etc.) in Russian. Apps that do not meet

these requirements will not be accepted for submission.

2. All apps submitted prior to the April 22, 2026, Seller Portal update do not need to meet these requirements.

Starting April 22, 2026, please ensure that Russian-language information is included for all your apps distributed in Russia.

1. Collected items: Samsung account ID and Samsung account information (name, email address, etc.)
2. Purpose of collection: To provide marketing communications, including information on new features, service updates, and benefits related to the Galaxy Store Seller Portal
3. Retention Period: In principle, the Company shall destroy the applicable personal information without delay after the purposes for which the information was collected and used have been achieved.
