Many games have been registered through the pre-registration feature and many rewards have been delivered to users'

coupon boxes. However, in some cases, the release of games has been delayed for nearly a year despite ongoing

pre-registration, resulting in prolonged waiting times for Galaxy Store users.

To address this, Galaxy Store is introducing a policy limiting the pre-registration period to a maximum of 180 days to prevent

excessive delays in game releases.

■ When : April 22, 2026

■ What :

 1. All pre-registration games submitted after April 22, 2026, will be subject to a 180-day pre-registration period.

 2. This period will be calculated from the date the pre-registered app is first submitted. If the 180-day limit is

exceeded, the game will no longer be displayed in the pre-registration tab, and it cannot be reactivated.

 3. Pre-registration data collected during the pre-registration period will be retained. Therefore, when the

official app is released, this data can be used to distribute rewards.

 4. Apps registered before April 22, 2026, that exceed the 180-day pre-registration period, these will be

terminated on May 6, 2026. The pre-registration data of users who participated during this time will also be

retained and can be used to distribute rewards.
