Hello! This is the Galaxy Store Seller Portal team. Thank you for using Seller Portal and for your continued interest. We've updated how Samsung In-App Purchase(IAP) product information changes are processed: If an IAP product(item or subscription) is active, it will remain active after you save your changes(including price changes). That is, your IAP product will remain available for purchase throughout the update process, from the time the updated information is saved to when the updated information becomes available in Galaxy Store. You no longer need to change the status of your IAP product back to active after you save your changes. If you change an IAP product that is inactive, it will remain inactive. ■ When - March 11, 2026 01:00(UTC +0) ■ What - The existing status of an IAP product(Active/Inactive) is maintained when IAP product information, including price, is changed.
