Thank you for using Seller Portal and for your continued interest.

As previously announced, starting July 1, 2026, all Android apps uploaded to Galaxy Store must support a 16KB page size. 

Accordingly, Seller Portal is checking if uploaded binaries support the 16KB page size, and this information is displayed with the basic information extracted from the binary. Sellers are requested to check this information and, if necessary, update their apps to support the 16KB page size by June 30, 2026.

Here are the application schedule and details,as previously announced:

■ Application Schedule : Starting July 1, 2026

■ Applicable Targets : All new and updated Android apps submitted

■ Applicable Details : Support for a 16KB page size is mandatory for all binaries. app submission is not possible if 16KB page size is not 

supported.

■ Exceptions : The following apps are exempt:

   - Android apps distributed only in mainland China

   - Theme, single theme product(Wallpaper, AOD, Icon), sticker,watch app, watchface, and Instant Play 1.0 game

Q1. Will this requirement be retroactively applied to existing apps? 

A1. Starting July 1, 2026, all Android apps submitted through Seller Portal will be subject to this requirement.

Please ensure your app updates meet these requirements.

Q2. What should I do if my Android app is distributed in multiple countries, including China? 

A2. If your app is distributed in China and additional countries, you must support the 16KB page size.
