[FAQ]

 Q1. What happens if app distribution is scheduled during the maintenance window? 

 A1. If an app is scheduled for distribution during the maintenance window, distribution will begin after the server migration is completed.

 Q2. Will pre-registration coupons issued to users still be visible in the user coupon box? 

 A2. Pre-registration coupons issued to users can still be checked normally when each user accesses Galaxy Store.

 Q3. How will Galaxy Store be affected?

 A3. You will not be able to cancel a user’s order in Galaxy Store during this time. Otherwise, all other Galaxy Store

functionality that is normally available to users is not affected. Users will be able to access Galaxy Store, install/update apps,

and make purchases as usual.

Q4. An error occurs when accessing the Seller Portal URL via http://. 

A4. After the server migration, please access the Seller Portal via https://. Access via http:// is no longer supported.
