 - Item Management page in Seller Portal is unavailable

 - Open APIs related to item registration/editing/deleting are not usable.

 - Customers cannot make in-app purchases (purchase items, sign up for and manage subscription services) or
   participate in some promotions on Galaxy Store.

 - Customers can use games and subscribed services normally.

 - Customers can normally purchase general paid content (paid apps/themes/fonts) excluding in-app purchases.
