Thank you for your continued use of and interest in the Seller Portal.

Starting September 1, 2025, in accordance with the Chinese government's requirements for "Methods for Displaying Artificial Intelligence-Generated Synthetic Content," Android apps scheduled for distribution in the Chinese mainland country/region must register the following documentation in Seller Portal. All materials must be submitted in Chinese.

■ Required Licenses

1. Basic licenses
Business registration certificate, software copyright certificate, MIIT data filing information

2. License required when registering a special app
1) Safety Assessment Report (official seal stamped copy)
2) Screenshot of the results of the safety assessment report submitted to China's "National Internet Security Service Management Platform"
3) Internet Information Service Algorithm Pre-Reporting or Large-Scale AI Model Reporting Registration Data :
- Provision of data based on actual work is required
- If the app you are submitting has features that have been collaborated or negotiated with third parties:
It is required to provide a screenshot of the cooperation agreement and the partner's algorithm pre-registration registration, 

or large-scale AI model reporting and registration data.

■ Description of Display of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Generated Content
If your app provides AI-generated services or AI-generated content, you must submit data related to the display of AI-generated content when registering your app.
The materials required for submission include materials proving explicit/implicit indications, and additionally, the service provider (seller) must submit materials proving the addition of guidance indications after verification.
