Hello! This is the Galaxy Store Seller Portal team.
Thank you for using Seller Portal and for your continued interest.


Until now, for users in China, even when using a third-party smartphone and connected to a Galaxy Watch of Wear OS (including Watch4 and later models), users could access the Galaxy Store from their smartphones to download watch content. However, due to changes in the Galaxy Store's operating policy, we will be reducing services for third-party phones.


The service change will proceed according to the procedure below:


Finally, as of December 2025, downloading watch content through the Galaxy Store on third-party phones will no longer be possible. Even after that date, however, free contents can still be downloaded newly or existing contents can be re-downloaded by running the Galaxy Store installed inside the watch.

New downloads of free content via third-party phones will stop.

December 31st, 2025

Redownloads of previously purchased content via third-party phones will end.

If a user who purchased paid content requests a refund due to the discontinuation of sales, should a refund be provided?

Under the Galaxy Store Terms of Use, we have no obligation to provide refunds due to service interruption.

How long can users who purchase paid content use that content?

Purchased content can continue to be used because it can be re-downloaded through the Galaxy Store inside the watch.
