During the first quarter of 2025, we will be recovering missing user acquisition statistics in the Galaxy Store Statistics (GSS) system. The statistics in the user acquisition menu for 2024 may change while the data is being restored.

- Execute sequential data recovery from most recent to oldest (December, 2024 → November, 2024 → ... → January, 2024)

Q1. In the User Acquisition menu, what statistics are provided?

A1-1. Channel: Provides detailed page visit and download metrics for content according to users' channels entering Galaxy Store

A1-2. Source: Provides detailed page visit and download metrics for content according to the source when users enter Galaxy Store through external apps.

A1-3. Keywords: Provides detailed page visit and download metrics based on search keywords used by Galaxy Store users. 

Q2. Why can't I see these statistics from the User Acquisition menu? 

A2-1. The User Acquisition menu is provided for apps that have app detail page visits and downloads

A2-2. Apps sold in China cannot provide statistics for user acquisition due to Chinese government policies that prevent data acquisition.

A2-3. A selection of partners may not be able to view this user acquisition tab due to the regional restriction of the partners.

Q3. In the User Acquisition submenu, why do statistics on the Featuring page differ from those in other submenus? 

A3. The Featuring page provides statistics on exhibition performance based on each service's main display area, applying different statistical calculation ranges from other menus.
