Hello, this is the Galaxy Store Seller Portal team.
Thank you for using Seller Portal and for your continued interest. On November 1st, Seller Portal made 64-bit binaries a requirement (https://seller.samsungapps.com/notice/getNoticeDetail.as?csNoticeID=0000007772) 
We understand that support for 32-bit binaries is still needed, therefore we are making changes to this policy.

■ Target
- New registration or update of Android apps

■ Schedule
- Seller Portal update on November 8th

■ Changes
- When submitting an app, at least one uploaded binary must support 64-bit. If at least one uploaded binary supports 64-bit (including binaries that support both 32- and  64-bit), then  you can also upload 32-bit binaries.
