Samsung In-App Payment system upgrade will be carried out as follows:

- Samsung In-App Purchase System Upgrade

[What]

- Item Management page in Seller Portal is unavailable

- Open APIs related to item registration/editing/deleting are not usable.

- Customers cannot make in-app purchases (purchase items, sign up for and manage subscription services) or participate in

some promotions on Galaxy Store.

- Customers can use games and subscribed services normally.

- Customers can normally purchase general paid content (paid apps/themes/fonts) excluding in-app purchases.

Consent to Receipt of Marketing Information

You will receive email notifications or newsletters, sent by the Galaxy Store Seller Portal, containing information about new features, service updates, and benefits. This consent is separate from the consent for marketing communications related to your Samsung account and other services.

Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information for Marketing (Optional)

1. Collected items: Samsung account ID and Samsung account information (name, email address, etc.)
2. Purpose of collection: To provide marketing communications, including information on new features, service updates, and benefits related to the Galaxy Store Seller Portal
3. Retention Period: In principle, the Company shall destroy the applicable personal information without delay after the purposes for which the information was collected and used have been achieved.
