Q1. What data is affected?

A1. Some data related to app/theme downloads, from June 25, 2025, to September 12, 2025, was affected.

Q2. Is settlement-related data affected?

A2. There are no issues with data related to paid purchases and settlements.

Q3. What impact will the affected data have?

A3. Data analysis may have been affected during July and August 2025, but accurate data reporting has resumed on September 26, 2025. Affected metrics for July and August viewed after September 26, 2025 will be up-to-date.
