[Why]

- Improvements to the Samsung Rewards service

[When]

- Korea : December 8, 01:00 - 04:00 (KST)

- USA : December 7, 11:00 - 16:00 (EST)

- Germany : December 7, 17:00 - December 9, 02:00 (CET)

[What] 

Services related to Samsung Rewards will be temporarily suspended. During the maintenance period:

- New sign-ups for Samsung Rewards, checking rewards points, and utilizing rewards points won't be possible.

- Modifications to Samsung Rewards information won't be allowed.

- Purchases made using Samsung Rewards points in the Galaxy Store and Galaxy Themes cannot be canceled, regardless of whether they're full or partial payments.

- For existing Samsung Rewards users, point accumulation is possible during this period; the accumulation will happen seven days after the completion of the maintenance work.

- Paid apps, content, and items in Galaxy Store and Galaxy Themes are available to be purchased during this time. However, if users sign up for Samsung Rewards after the maintenance period, they cannot earn points retroactively for these purchases.
