We inform you that we will be discontinuing Tizen Watch service on Galaxy Store. The termination of Tizen Watch service will proceed according to the schedule below; after September 30th, 2025, Tizen Watch service will be completely suspended. Please refer to schedule and details below.

What is the settlement procedure?

For Tizen Watch paid content sold before September 30, 2024, the expected settlement will be the end of November 2024. However, if the amount to be settled is less than $10 USD, it may not be settled due to fees incurred during remittance.

Q2

How long can users who purchase Tizen Watch paid content use that content?

A2

Users can continue using paid content unless the user deletes it from their device. Previously purchased paid content can be re-downloaded through the Galaxy Store until September 30, 2025.

Q3

If a user who purchased Tizen Watch paid content requests a refund due to the discontinuation of sales, should a refund be provided?

A3

Under the Galaxy Store Terms of Use, we have no obligation to provide refunds due to service interruption.
