A message from the Galaxy Store Seller Portal.

From March 4, 2024, sales of paid content (paid apps, IAP content, etc.) will be discontinued in the six countries below. 

• Armenia

• Ghana

• Kenya

• Kyrgyzstan

• Nigeria

• Tanzania

From March 4, 2024, any paid content distribution will be systematically processed to ensure that it is not distributed in these countries. However, free content can still be distributed in these countries.

Q. Can I receive full compensation for profits generated in these countries?

A. Yes. Payments will be made on a regular schedule. 

Q. Do I have to issue refunds to customers in these countries due to this change? 

A. No.  You are not legally responsible for customer refunds for service changes. 

Q. Do I need to remove these countries from the app distribution list in the Seller Portal? 

A. No. They will be automatically deleted from March 4, 2024. Additionally, these countries will no longer appear in the Seller Portal distribution list for paid content.
