Dear Sellers,

Google has released Android 14 (API/SDK level 34) and, according to their policy, will stop supporting SDK level 23. 

Therefore, all apps in Galaxy Store must support a minimum target SDK level 24 or higher.

Starting October 1, 2023, the status of apps in Galaxy Store whose minimum target SDK version is 23 or lower will be changed to 'Suspended' (excluding themes, stickers, emoji, stamp, watches and watch face apps).

For sellers who distribute apps with a minimum target SDK version 23 or lower, please refer to the guide on the Android developer site (https://developer.android.com/about/versions/14/summary) and update your apps in Seller Portal by September 30, 2023.
