Dear Sellers,
This is Galaxy Store Seller Portal.

Thank you for your continued support for the Galaxy Store Seller Portal.

Galaxy Themes will apply a new security patch for Android 11 (R-OS), which is anticipated to launch later this year. As a result, we will no longer use the existing image format used for "single" products (Wallpapers, Icons, AODs).

If you wish to continue to sell "single" products for Android 11 and above, please update
the products in advance using the new version of Galaxy Themes Studio issued in July.

※ How to check Android version information: Settings > Mobile phone information > Software information > Android version

FAQ

(Refer to when creating new content)
A: Yes, the products created with a new Themes Studios will be compatible with existing OS.

Q: Do I need to update my Themes contents as well?
A: Yes, but not at this time.  There will be a new Galaxy Studio version for Themes updates at a later time. We request you to update the single product(s) first.

Q: I lost STP and KeyStore for my existing contents. Is there any way to renew it?
A: No, there is no way to recover STP or Key Store. You will need to create a new one.
In particular, the keystore (Single key) follows the Android's policy.   Please be careful not to lose.
