Thank you for your continued support of the Galaxy Store Seller Portal.

 

 

Please note the following changes to the terms and conditions for the Seller Portal.


Terms and Conditions of the Seller Portal will be revised as of Sep 9, 2019.


Sellers are encouraged to read the revised Terms and Conditions to avoid any inconvenience when using the service.

 

In case where an alternative revenue share rate has already been established between you and Samsung,


such alternative revenue share rate will apply regardless of this change.

6.1 Any revenue generated and recovered by us (including through our designee, being a Samsung affiliate or a third party) arising from distribution of your Application using our Services ("Sales Proceeds") shall be shared by Samsung and you at the rate of 30 per cent for Samsung and 70 percent for you, and at the rate of 20 percent for Samsung and 80 percent for you if you are a Galaxy Store Partner ("Revenue Share Ratio").

3. Effective date for revised Terms and Conditions: Sep 09, 2019

 

 
If you do not explicitly express your refusal of the changed Terms and Conditions by the date of effect, or if

 

you use the service after the Terms and Conditions are changed, you will be deemed to have agreed to the

 

changed Terms and Conditions.

 


If you do not agree to the changed Terms and Conditions, your privileges in using "STORE" could be

 

restricted or suspended.
