6.수익 분배 및 세금
(Revenue Share and Tax)

6.10.1 제20.11조에 기재된 Agency 국가의 경우, 귀하가 세금 신고 및 납부 주체가 됩니다. 귀하는 본 약관에 따라 귀하의 애플리케이션 배포에서 발생하는 부가가치세를 포함한 모든 세금을 부담하고 그에 대해 책임을 져야 합니다. 제20.11조에 기재된 Commissionaire 국가의 경우에는 삼성이 세금 신고 및 납부 주체가 되나, 귀하는 현지법에 따라 삼성과 공동으로 세금을 부담하고 그에 대해 책임을 질 수 있습니다.

6.10.1 제20.11조에 기재된 Agency 국가의 경우, 귀하가 세금 신고 및 납부 주체가 됩니다. 단, 해당 국가의 법령 등에 따라 삼성이 대신 납부하여야 할 경우, 삼성은 대신 납부한 세금을 추후 귀하에게 지급할 금액에서 차감하고 지급할 수 있습니다. 귀하는 본 약관에 따라 귀하의 애플리케이션 배포에서 발생하는 부가가치세를 포함한 모든 세금을 부담하고 그에 대해 책임을 져야 합니다. 제20.11조에 기재된 Commissionaire 국가의 경우에는 삼성이 세금 신고 및 납부 주체가 되나, 귀하는 현지법에 따라 삼성과 공동으로 세금을 부담하고 그에 대해 책임을 질 수 있습니다.

3. Effective date for revised Terms and Conditions : April 11, 2017
If you do not explicitly express your refusal of the changed Terms and Conditions in Korean by the date of effect, or if you use the service after the Terms and Conditions in Korean are changed, you will be deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms and Conditions in Korean .
If you do not agree to the changed Terms and Conditions in Korean, your privileges in using "STORE" could be restricted or suspended.
