Please note the following changes to the terms and conditions for the Samsung GALAXY Apps Seller Office.

Your use of the Samsung GALAXY Apps website at www.samsungapps.com and any other application, software, services, websites, wap and other related services provided by us or any third party designated by us including "Seller Office" (seller.samsungapps.com) ("STORE") (collectively "Services" excluding any services provided to you by us, Samsung, under a separate written agreement) is subject to the terms set out below and any other terms applicable to you from time to time, including but not limited to, Samsung's privacy policy (collectively "Terms").

Your use of the Samsung GALAXY Apps and any other application, software, services, websites, wap and other related services provided by us or any third party designated by us including "Seller Office" (seller.samsungapps.com) ("STORE") (collectively "Services" excluding any services provided to you by us, Samsung, under a separate written agreement) is subject to the terms set out below and any other terms applicable to you from time to time, including but not limited to, Samsung's privacy policy (collectively "Terms").

3. Effective date for revised Terms and Conditions: February 26, 2015.

If you do not explicitly express your refusal of the changed Terms and Conditions by the date of effect, or if you use the service after the Terms and Conditions are changed, you will be deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to the changed Terms and Conditions, your privileges in using "STORE" could be restricted or suspended.
