6. Revenue Share and Tax |
6.1 Any revenue generated and recovered by us (including through our designee, being a Samsung affiliate or a third party) arising from distribution of your Application using our Services ("Sales Proceeds") shall be shared by Samsung and you at the rate of 30 per cent for Samsung and 70 per cent for you ("Revenue Share Ratio") but we shall be entitled to agree an alternative revenue share if both parties agree and this can be done during the certification process for an Application. |
6.1 Any revenue generated and recovered by us (including through our designee, being a Samsung affiliate or a third party) arising from distribution of your Application using our Services ("Sales Proceeds") shall be shared by Samsung and you at the rate of 30 per cent for Samsung and 70 per cent for you, and at the rate of 20 percent for Samsung and 80 percent for you if you are a Galaxy Apps Partner ("Revenue Share Ratio"). An alternative revenue share rate may be established upon mutual written agreement during the certification process for an Application. (The Revenue Share Ratio for Galaxy Apps Partner under this Section 6.1 applies to the Sales Proceeds generated on and from August 23, 2014) |
3. Effective date for revised Terms and Conditions: 10/29/2014
If you do not explicitly express your refusal of the changed Terms and Conditions by the date of effect, or if you use the service after the Terms and Conditions are changed, you will be deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to the changed Terms and Conditions, your privileges in using "STORE" could be restricted or suspended.
