The changes detailed below will be introduced as part of our ongoing commitment to service improvement.

■Effective from

- February 28, 2014 (FRI)

■ Major changes

No IAP in new bada applications

- Bada applications no longer support IAP.

This means that IAP cannot be registered when a new bada application is registered.

Any IAP previously registered to bada applications will, however, continue to be supported.

Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information for Marketing (Optional)

1. Collected items: Samsung account ID and Samsung account information (name, email address, etc.)
2. Purpose of collection: To provide marketing communications, including information on new features, service updates, and benefits related to the Galaxy Store Seller Portal
3. Retention Period: In principle, the Company shall destroy the applicable personal information without delay after the purposes for which the information was collected and used have been achieved.
If it is necessary to preserve personal information in accordance with the regulations of relevant laws, the Company shall retain the personal information for a certain period of time specified by relevant laws as follows. In such cases, the Company shall transfer the personal information to a separate database (DB) or store it at a different storage location.
