Terms

Samsung Developers can receive a $20 Samsung gift card when you switch to accepting PayPal as your earnings payout method and receive a minimum of $150 in sales in the Samsung App Marketplace (“Offer”). Offer begins October 1, 2013 and ends December 31, 2013 (“Promotion Period”). Offer limited to one per Samsung App Seller account and PayPal account.

In order to receive this Offer you must; a) be a current Samsung App Seller, b) open or have a current PayPal account in good standing, c) receive a minimum of $150 or more during the Promotion Period, into your Samsung App Seller account for transactions completed in the online Samsung App Marketplace, and d) add PayPal as your earnings payout method from Samsung within your App Seller account.

Offer cannot be transferred or combined with any other Offer or discount and may not be redeemed for cash. Additional merchant terms and conditions may apply.

PayPal and Samsung reserve the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Offer in part or in its entirety at any time without notice, for any reason in their sole discretion.

1. Collected items: Samsung account ID and Samsung account information (name, email address, etc.)
2. Purpose of collection: To provide marketing communications, including information on new features, service updates, and benefits related to the Galaxy Store Seller Portal
3. Retention Period: In principle, the Company shall destroy the applicable personal information without delay after the purposes for which the information was collected and used have been achieved.
If it is necessary to preserve personal information in accordance with the regulations of relevant laws, the Company shall retain the personal information for a certain period of time specified by relevant laws as follows. In such cases, the Company shall transfer the personal information to a separate database (DB) or store it at a different storage location.
