1) Function Improvements

    - Suspension request function:

      You can request to suspend the application directly by clicking 'Suspension' button,

      without going through My Q&A 

    - Increase the number of maximum inputs for Application Description: 

      Increase the number of characters that can be entered to 2,500 byte (Its limitation has been

      1,500 byte before)

    - Guide for seller coupon: 

      Provide the guide document for seller coupon (can be downloaded at Applications > Coupon)

    - Changing the size of Kies banner :

      From August 1st, the size of banner displayed on Kies will be changed 

      (Large banner: 1235*260, General banner : 237*92)  

2) Changing Price Tier (Thursday, July 28th, 2011)

    - Singapore (1~5 Tier): Please refer to Price Table for detailed information about the changes.
