Thank you for being a part of Samsung Apps.

In order to facilitate transfer of funds, Seller Office will implement a policy in which the Seller Name and the Account Holder name must match. Please see below for more details.
 
■ Request
The 'Seller Name' under Basic Information and 'Account Holder' name under Financial Information must be the same.

1) If you need to change your Seller Name:
    Please send us the new Seller Name along with business registration certificate(if you are private seller, a copy of your passport or personal identification card) that can prove your name.
 
2) If you wish to change your Account Holder name:
    Please send us the new Account Holder name and proof of the bank account.
 
Please provide the seller name and supporting documentation at Seller Office > Support > My Q&A, and we will implement the change for you.
 
※ If you do not make the changes, or if information is incorrect/ insufficient or if your account cannot handle foreign exchange, transfer of funds may fail. Fees incurred due to incorrect account information are the responsibility of the seller.
