Title: Termination of Symbian Application Registration Service

We would like to inform you that Symbian Application Registration Service will be terminated as of December 31, 2010.
We would like to express our gratitude to all of you who have used the Symbian service. Please refer to the following service termination schedule to avoid any inconvenience that it might bring:

■ Service termination schedule

- December 31, 2010: Registration for new Symbian applications will be suspended
- December 31, 2010: Approval process of Symbian applications will be suspended
Only applications registered by December 30 will be subject to approval process.
Re-evaluation will not be possible if the application is rejected.
- December 31, 2010: Samsung Mobile Innovator Tech Support will be suspended
- Scheduled in March, 2011: Samsung Apps Symbian will be suspended

We appreciate your patience for limitations on new registration and approval process for Symbian Applications during the termination period.

We will try our best to provide better service in return.

Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information for Marketing (Optional)

1. Collected items: Samsung account ID and Samsung account information (name, email address, etc.)
2. Purpose of collection: To provide marketing communications, including information on new features, service updates, and benefits related to the Galaxy Store Seller Portal
3. Retention Period: In principle, the Company shall destroy the applicable personal information without delay after the purposes for which the information was collected and used have been achieved.
If it is necessary to preserve personal information in accordance with the regulations of relevant laws, the Company shall retain the personal information for a certain period of time specified by relevant laws as follows. In such cases, the Company shall transfer the personal information to a separate database (DB) or store it at a different storage location.
